If your beneficiaries prefer to use a physical card instead of a virtual card, they can order one from their MyEdenred account.
The order is placed directly by the beneficiary via MyEdenred (app or web). The plastic card is then sent to the employer’s address within 10 working days.

Important
The accepted merchant network for the virtual card and the physical card is exactly the same.
Activating the physical card blocks the virtual card. However, this action is reversible, and it is possible to reactivate the virtual card if desired.
