I did not receive my employee's card

Check the following three points through your customer webspace under the tab "Last orders":

    1. Has there been an order for a card after an order for one of our products? If not, your employee already owns a card. You can refer him to https://support.edenred.lu/hc/en-us/sections/360000220054-My-Edenred-card
    2. Has the order for the card already been finalized? 
    3. Has the order been finalized over 10 working days ago? 

If the order has been finalized over 10 working days ago, please contact us through the web form. We are happy to help you.
