My employee's card is damaged, what do I have to do?

If your employee's card is damaged, your employee has to block his card himself through his personal webspace

The new card will be made from the moment the payment has been done.

The validity of the electronic vouchers will be prolonged with 10 working days and the available balance will be automatically linked to your new card.
