Where can I find my payment request?

The payment request will be sent via e-mail to the contact person that is mentioned in your contract.

If you haven't received your payment request - and you can't find it in your junk mail -, you can download it on your customer webspace under "My last orders".

If you click on the icon , the window "Download the payment order" will appear. Next, click on the order to download the payment order.
